Dude where is my country- Michael Moore
I bought this book in a sale in 2005. As usual, it ended up in a cupboard. Recently, I dusted all the books that i had bought and started reading it. This year, Iam not going to spend a single dollar/rupee to buy a new book till i finish all the books rotting away in some corner in the house.
The 80/20 Principle – Richard Koch
This book was gifted by a very dear friend when i visited Hyderabad for Christmas in 2007. I found the book too technical, hence kept it aside. Once i started reading it, I found it much interesting. Hope i can get some tips from the book that would help me to ‘work smart’ rather than ‘work hard’ 😉

Michael Moore has also made some really good movies: Sicko, Fahrenheit 9/11 and Bowling for Columbine. Never read his books though.
But I never really got to like the 80/20 Principal books as they are just ripping of the Game Theory 🙂
I have Mein Kampf and War and Peace (Yes, I haven’t read this classic ) amongst the books bought but not read! I should also make such a resolution!!
I need to do something similar.
I have compiled this collection of books over the past few years, and never had the time to read them!
I never keep more than two books in my backlog. That way, none of the books bite the dust. Buy them only when there are no more that two books left unread. 🙂

i second that… me doing the same this year… 😀
IHM and Liju, you got company,
I am yet to read War and Peace.
I have some books borrowed from library and yet to read
and tragically, they are the works that i need to analyse for a Major research project.
BUt they are actually interesting fiction,
I also have books pending, I just bought them and never read a single page … trying to finish one by one now … 🙂
