Creative thinking

creative-thinking

Am back at work after attending a 2 day course for “Creative Thinking”, sponsored by my company.  Have been so busy clearing up the work piled up over the past 2 days that iam not sure when and where i will implement the creative thinking part.

But there was lots to learn. I believe if i can apply even 10% of that in my personal life, i can make huge changes. I need to change my attitude towards life.  There are lots of times when i feel, iam too conservative.  There are ideas, but iam too fearful of trying to make changes.

A lot of processes were taught in the seminar. Will over a period of time try to implement them in  my life.  Let’s see how things change.

    You have to be creative to implement creative thinking.

    There was a lot of discussion on whether people are born creative or if creativity can be taught. Am taking the middle line as of now. 😉

    These courses and the training sessions never go waste. Even if you don’t implement them right away, the lessons learnt there will stay on with you and come back to you whenever you need them. I feel that this, basically, is the purpose of organizing and attending such courses/seminars etc.

    creativity comes when the mind is free. In other words, just sit around doing nothing and you’ll become creative just like that. 😉

    @Lazybug: An Idle mind is a devil’s workshop 👿

    @Liju: Does “not meeting deadlines coz I’d like the work to be 100% perfect” sound like a creative enough idea? I follow that sometimes 😛
